Community expectations
Do not post, reply, send, relay or place content that includes or facilitates:
- Child sexual exploitation material or sexual content involving minors.
- Non-consensual intimate material or sexual exploitation.
- Adult sexually explicit content where prohibited by the app’s safety rules.
- Graphic gore intended to shock, celebrate or encourage serious violence.
- Credible threats, harassment, bullying or stalking.
- Hateful abuse targeting protected characteristics.
- Doxxing or publication of another person’s sensitive private information.
- Self-harm encouragement or coercion.
- Dangerous instructions intended to injure people or animals.
- Destructive instructions intended to poison food or water, start harmful fires, damage critical infrastructure, destroy habitats or create serious public/environmental harm.
Blips and private chat
Private chat requires a Blip relationship. A user must accept the connection before normal private conversation is established. ShortbliP also binds private messages to the authenticated participants in that conversation.
Block
You can block another cryptographic identity locally. Blocking is enforced at admission/content boundaries on your device so that blocked identities are not treated as ordinary nearby participants.
Report
Use the in-app Report flow for harmful or abusive content. ShortbliP prepares the report locally and lets you preview the selected evidence before anything leaves your phone. If you confirm, the system mail flow can send that report to safety@unothink.com.
Reports are not silently uploaded in the background. Human review is required for reports received at the safety contact.
On-device safety checks
ShortbliP can use local text checks and Apple platform media-safety/Vision frameworks where supported. These controls are defense in depth, not a guarantee. Automated classifiers can make mistakes, and a modified malicious client can attempt to violate application rules.
Capture privacy
The app uses supported iOS capture protections for recording, mirroring and protected media where available. These protections cannot stop someone from photographing a screen with another device and cannot guarantee pre-emptive blocking of every hardware screenshot.
Responsible disclosure
If you believe you found a security vulnerability rather than a user-safety issue, please email safety@unothink.com with “Security Report” in the subject. Please do not publicly disclose an exploitable issue before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate it.
